How can I check the status of my order?
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your product is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email and a WhatsApp message. This notification will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page.
You have two simple options to track your package:
- Click the Tracking Link: The easiest way is to click the tracking link provided in your email or WhatsApp message. This will take you directly to the courier's website, where you can see the real-time status of your shipment.
- Use Our Website: You can also track your order directly on our website. Simply visit our "Track Your Order" page, enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, and click "Track."
Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the Order Confirmation Mail. If you have any issues with tracking, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience seamless.
For prepaid orders, we accept all major forms of digital payment, including:

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly to ensure they are shipped as soon as possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@nexxmart.shop with your order number.
Due to our fast processing and shipping times, changes to an order, such as a different size, color, or shipping address, are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as you can with your request, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The total delivery time is a combination of our processing time and the shipping time.
- Processing Time: It typically takes 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order, prepare it for shipment, and dispatch it from our warehouse. This period is based on business days.
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, it is delivered within 4-7 business days.
This means you can generally expect your order to be delivered within 5-9 business days from the time you place your order.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number, so you can monitor its journey in real-time.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. We take full responsibility for any issues that occur during shipping.
Lost Packages
If your package tracking shows it has been lost in transit, we will take full responsibility for the loss. Please contact us at contact@nexxmart.shop with your order number. We will conduct a quick investigation and, upon confirmation of the loss, we will either issue a full refund for prepaid orders or re-ship your order to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You are eligible for a return or replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us at contact@nexxmart.shop within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. After reviewing the evidence, we will promptly arrange a return or a replacement for you.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging. We only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged or defective
- Not as described in the product description
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@nexxmart.shop. Please provide your order number and, if the item is damaged or not as described, include clear photos or a video to help us verify the issue.
Once your return is approved after our verification, we will provide you with further details on the next steps for your refund or replacement.
Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges: The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds: The refund process begins after your return has been approved and the product is collected by our delivery agent. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?
After your return has been approved and we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that while we process the refund immediately, it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
